How to Login/Sign up for your Quail Account

In the top right corner options on the Quail homepage select “login.” Login using your email & password created when signing up. Once logged in you should see “Account” replace the “login” button indicating login was successful. If you do not already have an account, click “Create Account” on the login page, sign up using a valid email & password & you’re all set.

What to do if you forget your Password

In the top right corner options on the Quail homepage select “login.” Click “forgot password” & enter the email address used to create your account. You will receive an email from Quail, open & follow instructions in the email to reset your password. If it says “invalid email” then you are inputting a different email address than the one used to create your account, try other email addresses you may have used.

What is the difference between Club101 & Reserve Society?

Club101 is a $24 per month membership where members enjoy: exclusive member specials, discounted pours & products, & access to VIP member events. All members receive limited Club101 glassware on signup. Additionally members, receive free monthly product drops (wine or beer). Reserve Society is our more advanced membership for anyone who wants to elevate their experience even more. For $49 per month Reserve Society Members will enjoy: free daily half pour (draft beer or wine). Choice of two monthly product drops (bottle of wine, 4-pack of beer, or specialty bottle). How to sign up for Club101 or Reserve Society?

To sign up for a Quail membership go to the Quail website, in the options select “Shop.” Select the membership you’d like, Club101 or Reserve Society. Select “Join Membership,” it will ask for your birth month & day before redirecting you to a new screen. There is no delivery for memberships but you must click “Continue” under Delivery in order to move onto the “Payment” section. Add payment info; it may be saved already if you have previously added your payment method to your account. Then click “Review & Subscribe” after payment & your membership should be good to go. Remember to let a staff member know if you are a new or returning member or have any questions so you never miss out on your perks!

How to Cancel Membership or Upgrade from Club101 to Reserve Society

In order to upgrade or switch membership statuses you must first cancel your current membership by logging into your account on Quail’s website. After logging in select “Account” in the top corner option, then select “Orders.” Your membership status will appear, from here you can cancel your current membership status. After your membership is canceled you may then go to “Shop” on the Quail website in order to sign up for the membership of your choosing. See above FAQs for information on the difference in memberships as well as the process to sign up for a new membership.

How to Update your Credit Card Information

To update your card info or Quail profile you must login to your Quail account on the top right corner options on the Quail homepage. Once logged in you should see “Account” replace the “login” button. Select "Payment Methods” then select “Add New Payment Method” enter Credit Card information and make sure to save it — you’re all set.
